Will Fresno Home Prices Continue Rising?
According to California Association of Realtors (CAR), our home prices will increase at an estimated 15% in 2005. The last couple of years, the prices have gone up approx 25% each year. What do you think? How long can this go on?
I think we are in for another ride this year because our listing inventory is down. Today there are only about 700 active listings and Fresno is a big town. We have over 2800 Realtors too!

Fresno home prices are CHEAP!, especially compared to the bay area where I live.
