Realty Websites Reduce Visitors to Open Houses!

Over the past several years I've noticed one thing about the traditional "OPEN HOUSE" on sundays. They aren't getting the traffic they had in the past and I think it's because potential buyers are using the internet to view photos and research and make decisions faster whether they want to view it physically or not.
